About the forecasts
Storm positions and NHC cones are a saved October 8, 2026 advisory snapshot. Weather tiles load the latest available GFS cycle. Model and advisory times are shown separately.
The cone shows uncertainty in the center’s path, not storm size. Impacts can extend beyond it. GFS is model guidance, not an official advisory. The animated marker is an interpolation, not a published forecast position.
Reflectivity is simulated radar intensity in dBZ, not accumulated rainfall.
